converting indd to jpeg or gif 1

I'm fairly new to Indesign. I came across a business card design in indd format. Is there anyway I can save it as a JPEG or GIF? Thanks in advance

Two possibilities that I can think of:

1. Export it out as a PDF and open the PDF in Photoshop, then save back out as a JPEG or a GIF.

2. Perform a screen capture (printscreen) and crop the result.

Actually there is a plugin that's called "Raster Write" you can purchase it from Triple Triangle at:

eek - $169? ALAP.com's InTools seems to do more for $99. Forget page design to put bread on the table: We all need to get in the plugin racket.

If you are blowing that kind of money, you might as well upgrade to IDCS which can export JPG from the File menu. That's a $169 upgrade.
