Converting from XML to HTML

I hope someone can help me with this...

I have a load of XML files which I need to display within a template HTML file. I have created an XSL which I'm happy with, but at present I can only view the results in my browser. How can I use the XML files and XSL together to produce actual HTML output? If possible I would like to do this using 'includes', but when I try to do this all that is included is the text of the XML document with none of the stylesheet's formatting.

Are there any free downloads that can do the conversion? I've been looking on the web at things like xt but can't find anything to do the job.
