Hello everyone,

i have a database that i built using Access 2000. I was under the impression that the users had 2000 as well but they are running 98. is there anyway to convert from 2000 to 98? i have written a ton of code, etc and i would hate to have to re-create.

thanks!

First you must load Access 97 on your PC. If you are using XP OS down load it to your D: drive. ( I've found this creates a lot less conflict between the two versions.)

In Access 2000 click on Tools>Database Utilities>To Prior Acces Database Version.

Choose your path and name the mdb.

You should not loose any of the code you have written, but test it out.
