Converting decimals to quarter-hours in Lotus 123 97

I need to convert decimal numbers of hours worked to the nearest quarter-hour interval. For example, 3.4 hours rounds to 3.5, 3.2 hours rounds to 3.25, 2.01 rounds to 2.0 hours, 2.65 rounds to 2.75, etc.

I can't find anything on a search here, and I can't figure it out from the help file or on Google.
