I have just upgraded from CS to CS3. I have several libraries that I used extensively for various projects in CS. When I try to open one in CS3 it says it must be upgraded, asks for a new name, shows the old Library and a new temp one for a few seconds, then it all disappears. No new Library has been saved in the designated location. How do I get all my old Library objects into CS3? [sadeyes]

You could try loading your CS application. Then dragging all your items you want from your library onto a new document.

Then Select each one individually and export as a snippet. Or you can just drag them off the page and onto a folder on your hard disk.

Then drag the items into a new document in CS3 and then into the new library. Snippets rock, I only recently started using them.

The problem, I believe, lies in the new Adobe Graphics Manager for GUI's. The way suggested should work fine.

This is a real bummer! I wonder why CS3 said it would update and actually went thru the motions if, in fact, it couldn't do it ... 8-(
