I have a "Data Entry" 2.0 database that mgmt wants converted to a '97 database, but I am getting .dll errors. I understand that 2.0 is 16 bit and '97 is 32 bit, but what should be my plan of action. I am working with a two/three week window and I am trying to avoid re-writing this dinosaur. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Interesting. I have converted to 95 from Version 2 without a problem but have no tried it direct to 97.

Access 97 will read version 2 databases. Perhaps the quickest fix may be to create a blank 97 Database and import all the objects from the version 2 database and recompile. May be worth a shot and shouldn't take long at all.
