Converting a bitmap

I have a bitmap that in the print options comes up as a CMYK image in the separations tab. Now I'd like to be able to convert this image to just one tone, preferably black. How would I do this within Coral Draw? Is it something I have to do in photoshop?

Any help would be much appreciated.
