Converting a Access 2003 DB to Access 2007

Loaded Office 2007 bur receiving error message when opening 2003 AccessDB. Do not receive option to 'convert' DB. Hope someone can help. Thank you, Nancy

Did you open from Access 2007?

Yes, DB was opened in Access 2007. This was the first time and they did not receive a 'convert database' option.
