Convertec Console.net problem on Norstar 6.1

We are using a brand new application of console.net for the first time. It seems to lock up at least once a day. Fix is resetting the program and sometimes powering down the computer to bring it back. The manufacturer has been very
cooperative with help but seems to be scratching their head sayiny "we never heard of this before."... Normal response to gain time. The system is a Norstar MICS 6.1 software,5 digital station modules, 2 asm mods.,PRI for all outside calls, NAM voice mail and NAM ACD by Cintec. I would apreciate any input about others having problems with this equipment. When it works it's terrific, we like it and the customer likes it. We want to sell more but are a little skeptical now.

I tried to install that here. My system was not a big fan. The sales guy gave me the # for the smart support guy(Ron Jones at 877-937-8228 X 242), but haven't called him yet(too busy).

Being an IT guy my mind works in binary. It either works or it doesn't. I have no patients for stuff that requires tweaking to get it going.
