convertec console caller ID

I have a BCM 400, version 4.0, with the Convertec console installed on the reception PC. The application works except for when a call comes in (PRI lines), the console screen doesn't show the call coming in nor any caller ID.
Any ideas why? Everything looks setup correctly to how I've done them in the past, but for some reason, this one doesn't want to work.

What is the integration device for the Convertec? TAPI, ANALOG, DIGITAL, CTI?
 
Yes the caller ID is working as it is displayed on the phone itself, just not the console. The integration is via TAPI (Lan CTE license on BCM).

Usual suspect

Reboot PC first and see if the Lancte is in service.
Make sure its assigned to the reception phone.

 
Thanks for info snowman50, I rebooted the PC and restarted the LANCTE service and it started to work properly.
