I have a BCM 400, version 4.0, with the Convertec console installed on the reception PC. The application works except for when a call comes in (PRI lines), the console screen doesn't show the call coming in nor any caller ID.
Any ideas why? Everything looks setup correctly to how I've done them in the past, but for some reason, this one doesn't want to work.
