How can I export the above and put into the Access database in the
following structure:

StudentId

Description is a memo field.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This one is hard.

It may be easiest to stick your table into Excel and save it as an Excel worksheet and use the TransferSpreadsheet macro command to import it in.

I have found that if you create the table first then, and I assume that you mean the data is in a Word table format, highlight the fields and data in the table from beginning to end. Click Copy and paste it into the table. I think you do have to highlight the whole row in the table. give it a try and i think you'll be able to figure out the quirks with this method.
