Convert to CMYK using Enfocus PitStop...

Hi all...
I use Enfocus PitStop 5.04 to convert a Word generated PDF to CMYK color (in favor of color seperation). After conversion, seperation was okay, but the color shift there is just too serious to accept... Please kindly give me some suggestions... Thanx a loooooooooot ^^

- Gray: Dot Gain 20%
- RGB: None
- CMYK: US Web Coated (SWOP) v2

Preserve Overprint Settings
Preserve Under Color Removal and Black Generation settings
Preserve Transver Functions
