Convert Time to Military Time

I am using Crystal reports 11. I am trying to convert the time to Military time. The time field is a string. When i right click on the time field and click on format field i do not get the screen to change the formatting. The time is currently displayed as 2:00 PM and I want it to display as 14:00. Thanks for the help in advance!

Create a formula to use instead of the field:

time({yourtimefield})

Then you can use the time formatting options to convert it to military time.
