Convert standard time to military

I have a need to convert a field containing standard time formatting (7:45:27PM) to military time (19:45:27). Is there a known way to do this?

I should be more specific. I don't just need to visually format the field, I need to be able to calculate a difference between two dates and times and the only way I know to do that is if the time text string is in military format.

If the fields are DateTime fields the DateDiff function in Crystal can compute the difference between them( See the Help files for details)
