Convert Powerpoint to Flash?? 1

Dear all

Is it possible to convert PowerPoint file to Flash? Or input PowerPoint to Flash? I have lots of slides to integrate to an e-learning course, which is built using Flash. I want to find an easier way instead of recreating the text and graphic elements in the existing PowerPoint slides.
