Convert Outlook 2003 .ost file to .pst file

Hi,

I have a user that need to restore their .ost file from their local machine and convert it to a .pst file.

There are a few posts on Tek-Tips that cover this but all of their suggestions do not work with OL2003 due to changes to the Cached Exchange Mode.

Does anyone know how to convert a 2003 .ost file to a .pst file, either free or relatively cheaply?

I've never encountered this specific problem, but if cached mode is causing the problem, just simply re-create the user's exchange profile and while doing so opt NOT to use cached exchange mode.
