convert integers to roman

I need a program to ask the user a number from 1 to 3999 and convert to roman.

I don't know how do this without using WHILE.

I have just a simple problem now: on the output shows something like this:

how solve this problem: " L�", or better take out it?

My question is simolar as before: Occurs the the error in the original code also or not?

If NOT then compare the modified code with the original, what did you change except the loops...

If YES then the original has the same error and you have to search for it and correct it...

No, the original code is good and the problem was just the WHILE LOOP.
