I'm trying to import data from Excel to SQL, but the data that I need to import is not the entire worksheet. It might be in the middle of the worksheet. I'm not sure on how to go about doing this. Please help!

Have you tried looking in the Object Browser to read about the Excel spreadsheet object? You may have to find the Office object(s) first. That should help you out, assuming you're using Visual Studio and even have the Object Browser. That's all I can advise, I've never had to deal with these objects.

If it is a one time import just copy and paste what you need (e.g. the middle of the worksheet) to another sheet and import that sheet.
