Convert english numbers to arabic-indic character

How can I convert english numbers into arabic-indic numbers format?

Is there a fucntion for unicode or something?
I tried everything with no luck.

Plenty of people with intermediate to expert knowledge of Access, just no one who's dealt with this before. This site lists the Unicode for the numbers.
