Hello,

I'd like to hide some extension numbers of the MD110 so that when they call outside, their own extension is not be seen. I want to hide those extensions with the operator's number

For example:

In a department where extension 1900 is the operator and 1901, 1902, 1903..are the other members. I want that when 1902, 1902 ...make calls outside the number that they show is the 1900 (the operator's number)

We are using BC12

Thank you and regards

Hi'
NUTRI:ENTRY=1902,CNVTYP=1,NUMTYP=10,TRC=4,PRE=1900;
If you want to exclude this number conversion from other route or dest then also use ROU=x or TARDST=x + ADC d24=1 in RODDI in NUTRI.

Hello,

Thanks for the quick answer. And how is is possible to see the number conversions currently done in the PBX and which is the command to undo de conversion

Regards
