Convert an .indd to a powerpoint document

Your best bet may be to convert your ID doc into a PDF - a low resolution setting would probably be just fine, to keep file size down. Then either import one PDF page at a time into PPT (assuming PPT will accept PDFs) or if it cannot, open the PDF in Photoshop and convert each page to a TIF or a JPG or whatever will give you the legibility required.
