Is there a wizzard or some automated method to convert an existing query to VBA code?

Thank you.

My parents didn't want to move to Florida, but they turned sixty and that's the law.

Hi Pete;

Your suggestion works just as slick as can be :)

I use this to emulate a query on an embedded datasheet:

Forms!frmQueryParent!frmQueryChild!txtAssetTag.ColumnHidden = -1 'hide

so I only need to show the columns that the user requests in their combo box selection.

Thank you for all of your time and efforts with this.

Dear Folks

Can I get a combo box to read from 2 tables using an IF condition?

I have 2 tables : a Drivers table and a sub-contract drivers table. On my form, I would like to read from the required table depending on the status of a check box.

Thank-you.
