Conversion Utility Spreadsheet 2

Does anyone either have an updated version of Gene's spreadsheet or the password for the Visual Basic portion? I am attempting to Convert an ACD print out and when I click Convert to Excel it states it has expired.

EDIT:

I was able to bypass by setting my date/time back several years, but if anyone has a newer version that would be nice.
