Conversion QT to WMV Problem

Hi! Every time I try to export a movie (let's say, a music clip 3 minutes long) from .mov to .wmv using QuickTime Pro I only get the first 30 seconds or so of the coverted file, no matter what I do.
What am I missing? What parameters should I be looking at more closely?

As i understand, you want to convert MOV to WMV?
Why not just do it with the special app as VidCrop, for example?
