Conversion from Word to Excel

I want to convert my word document(Testcases) to Excel sheet. Do you know any utility available for this type of conversion? Or anybody having their own tool?

Yust save your Word document as a .txt file (File - Save as, change in the pull down 'Save as type' to Text Only (*.txt))
Open in Excel this .txt file. A wizard will guide you with this import.
