Hi
I want to create a cricut for recording conversation. It is not too hard to create a little circuit or using modem for recording one phone line conversation.but problem is this:
How to record two or more lines in the same time?
any suggetion?
thanks

do a web search there plenty of multi line pc based recording products out there

A company called Trillium make a little box you can fit to the handset and plug into the mic input of a PC. Then just use sound recorder to tape the convo...doesn't provide beeps to indicate convo is being recorded though, so depending on local law, you may be required to inform all parties that their conversation is being monitored and recorded.....

shar i think he wants to record all lines all the time
like at a police station

not all of them at same time, but more than one line!

profesional:eek:r buy KX-TVM 50 or KX TVM 200, make digital integration and each time when you want to record conversation press two way recording button, and recordings will will arrived on your email account, before that you should integrate TVM with one PC
cheap: or buy n walkmans with audio output=>PC and everytime when telephone circut is open walkman will start to record

unpopular suggestion; hate this spooky things

yeah I hate the whole concept of recording phonecalls!!

Managers in my office used to not just record, but listen in on an in progress conversation. You could tell by a very faint click as they joined to convo...they'd sit for ages just listening.

Ended up setting exec override deny on my handset daily so they couldn't do it. They then told me I wasn't allowed to alter my handset prorgamming which was when I told them I'd be suing for breach of privacy if they continued monitoring my conversation without asking for my consent.....

Its a really grey area in australia as lots of companies use it, but rarely notify involved parties...

Recordings become inadmissable in court if one or both parties are unaware of the convo being taped, (but the government can allow it if it becomes anti terror related). Now there is a loop hole saying that you can record a conversation without informing the other party as long as you personally are a part of that conversation.
