Controlling width, height on pop-up?

I have a links on an image that open in a new window. I am trying to set width and height of this new window but unfortunetly, it isn't working. Is there an option that I am overlooking in front page? One that controls the size of the pop-up window? Is this a browser default?

I have also tried using javascript functions like(window.open) but that isn't working out either. I can control the size of the window but my pages aren't loading.

Does anyone have any advice? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What you gave me would be perfect if only i could set the location of the link with the coordinates on my picture.

Ask in the JavaScript forum. I am sure there is a way with onClick calling the popup window function or something simlar.

i find it works quite nicely in IE and NS.
