Controlling which folders outlook puts emails

I am having a proble when One person sends me email it does not show up in my inbox. Instead it show up in my system cleanup sent items. I'm sure it's an easy fix, but I just can't seem to fix it.
Any help would be greatly appriaciated.
Please excuse my poor spelling.

Are you sure that you're not "monkeying around" with Outlook? HA!

Check your Rules Wizard to see if you have a rule set that shunts that particular sender's mail to the system cleanup sent items.
