Controlling Reply From in Public Folders

We would like to be able to have users view public folders used to support various categories of incoming mail. When they reply, we want the reply from to be the mail display name of the public folder and not the users mailbox name. We want the conversation to stay in the public folder, so any of multiple people can handle the incoming customer requests and questions.

try this, dunno if it is 100%, but when a user sends an email, make sure when they have the email open that they go to the menu and select view and choose "from field" and select the email address of the public folder...
