Hi-
If I am the main "admin" can I control other accounts on the computer??? Like, login as a different user and do stuff on their account???
Thanks.

Huh .. yes, if you know, or reset, their password.
In any way, you can always access all files.
Or, you can use the RunAs option, but again, you need the password.
I must add that it sounds a bit 'fishy' what you are trying to use it for.
Be nice.

Windows security is designed around allowing an administrator to do anything they want but they cannot do it without leaving a trace (assuming things were secured beforehand).

Can you get into someone else's account? Yes, by changing their password. But they're gonna know you were in when their password is changed (you can't change it back).

Another example ... if you want to open files that you are locked out of ... well, as an administrator, you can take ownership. Once you are the owner you can give yourself permission and get into the file. But, you can never give back ownership of the file so, if they look for it, they will know you've been into it.

Later ...

I am being nice...........I asked because I might network..........

Sorry, but as myself and OzCDN already said, what you want is not hum .. normal usage.
If you want to be someone else, well, you need the password.
If there really is a network, and you want to 'play' someone else, that is not ussually with good intentions.
Perhaps if you explain exactly why you would need that, we may change our point of view. The solution is out there. [morning]

I ment if I had a network, could I login as ME from a different computer??? I don't want to be someone else........I want to be me. Maybe I didn't write the best title............sorry. :(

Ah, that is different.
You can be YOU on any computer, IF that computer is part of a Domain, for which you need a Domain server. Otherwise you will just be another YOU locally, maybe with read/write rights to the others. The solution is out there. [morning]
