controlling header and footer (Word) in VB.NET

In VB.net, can I control (turn off) the visibility of the header and footer in a Word document? I know you can control the page layout, such as reading layout, but can you make the header and footer invisible?

There is no Visible property to HeaderFooter. They are not visible when in Normal View however.
