What I would like to do is display a final report total in a text box, but not one that would simply use the SUM, or COUNT functions.

I have a series of line items in a report, and on each detail line is a CHECK BOX. I would like a total at the end of the report that reflected a count of only those check boxes that were in fact checked, or have a value of TRUE.

Is this possible using the control source of a text box?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello

Yes, you could use the Dsum or Dcount function to specify which records to count or sum. Many examples are in the help section.

Mark

To count the True values, use an expression in a report footer like:
=Sum(Abs([YourYesNoField]))
Using any domain aggregate function like DCount() or DSum() could create errors if the report is opened with a Where Condition.
