contivity client 5.01 problem

we have a customer that installed 5.01 client and now has the password prompt come up whenever screensaver comes up. The user is unable to disable it when they go into the Display/Screensaver tab. Any ideas. running on xp.

What 5.01 version are you running? We were using 5.01.120 or .130 and having some odd issues. Called Nortel and they had pulled that release off their website and told me to start using 5.01.110. Took care of all our problems (mostly eacfilt driver errors and disconnects). We weren't getting any screen saver errors though.

Are you using tunnelguard?

I would suspect that the client was installed as a servce, rather than as an application, and now it is trying to take on the domain properties.

I might suggest a remove and re-install.
