Hello,

I am trying to set up a branch office tunnel but the client will not NAT his address for me and we have the same address space on my local network.

I NAT my local network to a public IP address for customers.

I need to be able to NAT the customers incoming host IP to an address my local LAN will handle. But, when I set up a double NAT on the contivity it does not translate the incoming host address to the address I tried to assign it.

Any help would be appreciated.

You might consider using an Address Pool for the incoming client connections. The 1750 will automatically route this address space (e.g. 172.16.20.x) to your local LAN, so no special configuration is necessary.
Maybe you've got other reasons for not doing this, but if not, give it a go.

This is for branch office tunnels and address pools are for client vpns I believe.

Plus in the NAT rule the translation has to be 1 to 1.

Thanks
