Contional Formatting Thresholds - Need Help

I have to setup some thresholds using Conditional Formatting in MS Access. Below are the thresholds. Since there are only three adds that can be made I thought about adding the Green, Yellow and Red to the formatting boxes and setting the default as blue. The question I have will this work. I need to know the format I need to set the threholds at. Examplet. .05999999 or .05

Blue - 0 - 5%
Green - 6% - 15%
Yellow - 16% - 25%
Red - >=26

I resolved this issue.

Blue - Default Set at Blue


Green >0.055 <0.154999999

Yellow >0.155 <0.254999999

Red >0.255
