Continuous ringing 4412 handset

I have a IP406v2 [3.2(59)] with a dozen or so 4412 handset occasionally random handset have started ringing continuously and the only fix seems to be to erase the user and re-create the user in manager. Unplugging and plugging the handset back in had no effect. No specific time, handset or user, seems completely random and today I had a phone stop rining with DND turned off, erased user config and re-created and handset seems to work fine?????? Anyone else come across this issue, what could be causing it?

I have also seen the problem on my 412 and 406v2's running IPO 3.2.59. I never tried to remove the user and rebuild. A reboot of the system will fix it temporarily. I upgraded to 3.2.61 and at least that problem has gone away.

thanks I just saw that there was a Q4 update for the IPO I'll give that a try. Also I noticed that it's only happening on phones attached to a DIG DCPx30 and found that that module was still on an older release of software than the one released wth 3.2(59) I'll get everything updated to 3.2(61) and see what happens
