Hi All,

I'm baffled (as usual). I have a form, based on a query. The query contains a field that is a question, and parameters for an answer... ie. Did you like the show (field 1) Rate from 1 to 4 (field 2). I have my form set up in continuous form view. Also on the form is an unbound text box for the user to enter a number, in this case from 1 to 4. However when I enter a number in the unbound text box say a 1. the unbound text box then shows a 1 in every unbound text box in each of the continuous forms. Why is this happening? shouldn't I be able to enter a diferent value for the unbound field for each continuous form? I hope this makes sense, it is driving me crazy, any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

D

well this will happen when the text box is unbound and you have continues forms you should use or single form view or bound it and it will work correctlly

I will try my best to help others so will others do!!!!!

Tried puting the form into single form view and the same thing happens, I really can't bind the field for my purposes

sure you will need to create a new field for that and bound the text box
