I have a subform with a default view of continuous forms. I have disenabled all the fields in the subform. When I click on an edit button I only want to enable the fields of the current record that I have selected but at the moment the fields in all the records enable. Is there any way of just doing this in the current record?

On a continuous form, your control attributes apply across the underlying record set so no, you cannot do what you want to do directly. However, each record could have a button that when clicked will bring up the clicked on record in full form view. Closing that form would return you to the continuous form

Thanks thornmastr. I was actually thinking along those lines but I wanted to see if I could do it the other way before continuing.
