Continuous Form 1

I have a contiuous form which has checkboxes. For every row that there is data, there is a checkbox. After the last row of data, there is one more checkbox in the next row where there is no data. Is there any way to get rid of this?

Select the form and change the option 'Allow Additions' to NO. This should stop the addition of new records to the continuous form and stop your box appearing.
