When you orignally write the report and use the report expert, choose mailing label as the type of report you want. Software Sales, Training, Implementation and Support for Exact Macola, eSynergy, and Crystal Reports
dgilsdorf@trianglepartners.com

I choose mailing label as the type of report it works;
But when i insert it as a subreport the info doesn't show up as mailing label.it shows like a normal report.

one
two
three

and i need to print the info like this

one two
three

Goto section expert and under details click Format with Multiple Columns. Then click on the layout tab at the top, choose a width and choose Accross then Down.

The "Format with Multiple Columns" works just fine; But
i'm displaying a text in the details band..

I get something like this
"Id number:" One "Id number:" Two
"Id number:" Three "Id number:" Four

I need something like this:
"Id number:" One Two
"Id number:" Three Four

I'm working with CR8.5
Thank's in advance...

Select the text box which contains "ID Number: " and right click on it, and select format text->suppress->X+2 and enter:

remainder(recordnumber,2)= 0

This will suppress the text in the right hand column only.
