Hi everybody,

I have a file that cannot readout with a perl-script correctly. This may be caused because the file is not ASCII- format. How can I instruct my perl- script the correct content- type of the file??

Thanks in Advance,

I just saw it on the net: binmode(FILE_HANDLE)
