Recently installed ContactStore for a customer on their VMPro server as a trial to see if they can use some of the features. I can get audio playback/downloading working just fine on the server itself, but from anywhere else it does not work. I can access the website fine and the playback controls show up, but nothing happens when I try to play the call. I've tried it from 4 different machines now - none work - only the server.
The only thing "improper" is that we didn't partition the HDD. That may be the next step, but I wouldn't think that would cause issues with playback. Has anyone experienced this? I've restarted the server, Windows Defender/Firewall are both disabled.
