ContactStore restore after crash

Hi,

We had a major issue and lost a bunch of servers. I'm trying to rebuild the voicemail server from a backup. The server is running VMPro 8.0(46) and ContactStore 7.8. I'm pretty certain what the admin password is and I had also setup domain authentication but they always fail. I tried resetting the admin password with pgAdmin but still no luck. I see the other users in the table so I know it's the right one.

I would like to re-install but I get an error every time I try to backup the database with winbackup.
 
FOLLOW UP:

Here is what I've found so far;
I do a full backup once a week and differential backups for all the other days. When I restore just the full backup I can access ContactStore and see the calls. When I restore the full and all the differentials all together, there is an error with the SQL service, PostgreSQL, it won’t start, and I can’t get the ContactStore GUI.

I will restore in steps this weekend, the full, and the differentials one by one and hopefully that works.
