ContactStore DST problem

I was following a thread (thread940-1344297) that was refering to the issue of DST on ContactStore. I'm having the same problem but don't have much knowledge about Java.

Does anyone have any info on how to install/configure/use the TZUpdater?

Any info would be appreciated.
