Contactstore calls incoming DDI searching

Hello,

My customer has advertised a new DDI number pointing to their VMPro AA via a hunt group with a member forwarded to a shortcode routing to AA. They would like to listen to the new customers incoming calls from the new advert.

Does anyone know any tricks or cheats so we search for these calls via contact store?

Any help from your vast banks of knowledge would be appreciated :)

By your description, the call only goes to an Auto Attendant...Does it ever actually go to a person or a group?

You can do DDI/DID/ICR recording to contact store...

Or you can make a special group for this special number and just search for recordings on that group name/extn.

yes the calls can be recorded from at DDI level but Contactstore seems to only search via the extn, group or CLI.
The AA has 4 different options/groups with 30 extns involved the customer just wants to hear and see a list of the calls on one incoming DDI.

I've tried bouncing the DDI off a user forwarded to AA but computer says no.
