contactstore active x menu bar missing

i've encounter once but forgot how to solve, hope someone can help.

i've install the contactstore, while loading the search & playback page, i forgot to accept the prompt the verint apps(install the active x menu bar), then the menu bar area is only blank!

don't know how to make it pop up again, can anyone help?

Erase all settings on IE.
It then will default again and will ask you again.

I alnost never use Firefox do I don't know that but it should be something similar.

Firefox does not support Active-x. You have to use IE Tabs, an add-on for Firefox. Works great.
