Contacts not available when outlook clients address new mail

When Outlook Clients address new mail they do not have names from their contacts available. All they can see is "Global address list" and "all users" Any ideas?

In outlook, right click the Contacts folder, choose "Properies" select the "Outlook Address Book" tab... tick the "show this folder as an email Address book"... click OK... you will now need to shut down Outlook and restart Outlook... (wait 5 seconds after closing Outlook before restarting Outlook).

Sorted this myself. If anyone is interested - open outlook go to Tools - Email Accounts - Select Add new directory or address book ,Next , Select Additional Address books, Finish restart outlook and contacts now appear in the list.
