Contacts in OWA show up as messages

We recently installed Exchange 5.5 on NT4 running IIS4. OWA is up and running, but the Contacts are showing up as mail messages, with the mailbox owner appearing as the "From", and the contact's name appearing as the "Subject".

There seems to be no way to retrieve any more information about the contact. Clicking on the "From" name brings up a window as if you're sending a message.

How do I view the contact's information? I read on Microsoft's site that contacts in public folders appear this way by design (presumably to protect the contact information). But I'm getting the same result when viewing a mailbox owner's private Contacts folder.

Try to export the Contacts to csv and then delete them and import back. Dan
