contacts Errors

Hi, I'm after some help. We have just had a new client who we've installed SBS server. They used a pop3 account before and want to carry on using that until they move over to a company to host their email for them (mailstreet.com). The problem i have is the contacts have moved across, but don't work in the same way as before. e.g - new email > to: > and the address book is blank. but if you click on contacts you can view all of his old contacts... then right click > new email and it works?

There using outlook 2003

and i forgot to mention, i tried checking the properties of the "contacts" and the outlook address book "tick box" is greyed out, and i can't change it....

hope this gives someone enough info to save me getting a headache!

Open your Addess Book, then Tool - Options. Check your settings here.

this option has the drop down boxes you'd expect, but nothing listed in either?
