What does this error mean and how do i get rid of it

Since you didn't say what type of system, that is kind of hard to do. It looks like a Phonemail error, can you verify

It's a phonemail error, but unless you know how to get into the maintenance area and look in the alarm log it will be hard to know what it is. Even the techs usually don't know those codes - they just look in the error table for what's wrong.

This is a phonemail error.

Go to listlog and check the errors. Look for a priority 1 or 2 error.
You might have to run testphonemail or testvoice to test your system.

If everything is good, delete the listlog and the error will be gone.
